Paul is a Certified Coach, Award-Winning Trainer, and a frequently requested speaker for community bank and credit union conferences across the country, including the Bank & Credit Union Training Conference, Michigan/Virginia/Texas Bankers Associations, and probably a few more that he’s already forgotten about.
Since 2003, he’s been working with community banks and is now the head trainer, marketer, salesman, accountant, janitor, and chef for Paul Nunn Training, LLC, established in April of 2023.
Paul helps community bankers improve sales skills and has a passion for assisting community bank leaders to improve their leadership skills so they can take better care of their employees.
He also helps tellers and bankers find the right product and service for their customer and avoids putting every customer in the “Free” account because it’s the easiest.
In short, he helps community banks take better care of their customers. And he helps leaders take better care of their employees.
