Loan Operations LIVE - Sageworks Clients

Event Details

Loan Operations LIVE is a 3-day virtual training course that will be offered through Abrigo University beginning in late August 2023. Our team of Consultants will train you on the Abrigo Sageworks Loan Administration and Workflow solutions.

In Workflow, we will focus on the tasks that are typically the responsibility of a financial institution’s loan operations teams to originate a commercial loan. These tasks begin after the loan approval and include ensuring the due diligence package is complete, preparing loan documents, closing the loan, and completing post-closing tasks. We understand that the roles (and names of the roles) vary by institution, but might include Loan Operations, Loan Admins, Processing, Closing and Servicing.

In Loan Administration, we will cover creating and managing ticklers, generating tickler correspondence, the borrower’s experience in Client Portal and managing documents from Document Library. This training is recommended for all users in the roles described above, as well as users that will be managing ticklers, generating correspondence, or managing the teams
