Lending Strategist

Mitch Lucas is currently the Lending Strategist for Finastra’s Lending Business Unit.  He most recently served as the Chief Product Officer and Head of Retail Lending at Finastra, leading teams in product management, legal, development, and support for loan origination and document preparation software. With over twenty years at Finastra, Mitch has driven compliance and innovation in financial technology, evolving it from disparate on-premise and cloud solutions to a unified cloud offering.

Previously, Mitch held leadership roles at D+H and earned a Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oregon State University. He is a licensed attorney with the Washington State Bar Association.

Mitch is also a board member at Park Side Credit Union and recognized for his expertise in banking and business analysis. His leadership and commitment to advancing fintech make him a trusted advisor and partner to any financial institution and organization.
