It's comforting to know you are taken care of. Our goal is to make sure our programs aid and support all employees. At Abrigo, one size does not fit all. Everyone is different and has unique needs, which is why we offer so many options when it comes to our benefits packages. We strive to provide the resources and coverage that work best for you.
Not only does Abrigo offer dental, vision, life insurance (2x annual salary), and three medical plans to choose from, we are thrilled to cover all employees' short-term and long-term disability plans. The company also contributes to employees' HSA accounts and offers employee assistance programs.
Making it easy for employees to focus on themselves and their families is our top priority. Staying healthy requires more than insurance coverage. We want to help our employees consider and improve their overall wellness. That's why we designed extra programs to support Penguins in their health goals, at work and beyond.
We provide telehealth services for medical issues and counseling, as well as free preventative medical care. A dedicated "wellness week" is organized once a year for employees to focus on their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and we provide a wellness stipend twice per year to help employees reach their personal goals. In addition, we hold flu shot clinics for all employees and their families annually.
