ThinkBIG 2026 announces dual keynote speakers: Kyle Scheele and Dr. Michelle Rozen to inspire innovation in banking

Austin, Texas, October 20, 2025 — Abrigo, a leading provider of compliance, credit risk, and lending solutions for financial institutions, today announced the keynote lineup for its premier annual conference, ThinkBIG. The 2026 conference will feature Kyle Scheele, nationally recognized speaker and creative innovator, and Dr. Michelle Rozen, renowned behavioral scientist and bestselling author. ThinkBIG will take place May 3–7, 2026, at the Fairmont Austin in Austin, Texas.

This year’s theme, “Where Banking Meets BOLD Ideas,” underscores the importance of forward-thinking leadership and adaptability.

“Both keynote sessions are designed to empower banking leaders to embrace bold ideas that drive growth, transformation, and impact,” said Abrigo Chief Executive Officer Jay Blandford. “We look forward to hearing from speakers that will help our customers create lasting value for their institutions and the communities they serve.”

On Monday, Kyle Scheele will present Becoming an Idea Factory: How to Turn Yourself (and Your Organization) into an Innovation Machine. Called “the patron saint of crazy ideas,” Scheele is known for creative projects that inspire outsized results. In his keynote, he will challenge the notion that creativity is reserved for a select few, showing instead that innovation is a learnable, scalable skill. Attendees will walk away with practical tools for sparking better ideas, overcoming common barriers to innovation, and cultivating a culture where creativity thrives.

On Tuesday, Dr. Michelle Rozen will deliver The Change Doctor’s Playbook for Adapting to AI. Drawing from her national research on AI adoption and human resistance to change, Dr. Rozen will explore why many AI strategies fail—not because of technology, but because of people. Her session will equip leaders with science-based strategies to drive alignment, earn buy-in, and lead successful AI transformation within their organizations.

“ThinkBIG is about giving financial leaders the skills to meet change head-on,” said Brandy Aycock, Director of Event Marketing and long-time ThinkBIG organizer. “With Dr. Rozen’s insights on AI adoption and Kyle Scheele’s powerful approach to innovation, attendees will leave energized to bring bold ideas back to their financial institutions.”
