Jeffrey Bitzer
Customer Enablement Engineer
Jeff leads training, support, documentation, and product testing for the IFSLeaseWorks platform. Before joining IFS, he served as a QA Business Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet and JPMorgan Chase, gaining extensive experience in large-scale corporate environments. Seeking a more collaborative and client-focused setting, Jeff transitioned to IFS, where he plays a key role in building strong partnerships with customers.
In addition to his enablement responsibilities, Jeff supports the sales team by delivering software demonstrations and conducting process reviews. Every new IFSLeaseWorks client works closely with Jeff throughout implementation and continues to rely on his expertise for ongoing support and training.
Jeff holds a BA in Communications from Rutgers University and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP).
