Kristen is a Certified Enterprise Risk Professional through the American Bankers Association and has been an active leader in the regulatory community.

Recognized for her leadership, analytical acumen, and commitment to strengthening risk and compliance frameworks, Kristen frequently participates in industry events—including as Secretary of the Mid‑Atlantic Regulatory Committee (MARC) since 2020 and serving as a trustee for the Maryland Bankers Association Banking School —where she engages in discussions on emerging regulatory trends, evolving risks, and the future of compliance in community banking.
