With over 20 years in the banking industry, Nadia Perrmann brings a wealth of experience to her role at Signature Bank of Georgia. She began her career on the front lines as a teller and has since built expertise in various areas, including consumer and commercial deposits, lending, loan operations, regulatory compliance, internal audit, and lending system administration—specializing in Abrigo platforms. Nadia’s current position was established following a ThinkBIG panelist’s suggestion that a dedicated administrator was crucial for successfully implementing Sageworks.

In her role, Nadia is responsible for integrating system enhancements into operational procedures, identifying opportunities to improve system and procedural efficiencies, training both new and existing staff on lending systems and updates, managing projects related to lending systems and processes, and ensuring lending compliance as she has held her Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) accreditation since 2013.

Originally from Texas and raised in Colorado, Nadia is a Fort Lewis College graduate who has a passion for continuous learning and helping others grow in their banking and system knowledge.
