Robert (Rob) Boyer is President of First Commonwealth Equipment Finance, a division of First Commonwealth Bank, where he leads the strategic growth and development of the equipment finance platform. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Rob previously served as President of BB&T Commercial Equipment Capital Corp. and Susquehanna Commercial Finance, Inc. until their sale to TCF Capital Solutions in 2021. He has held senior leadership roles across sales, syndications, and executive management. Rob served as Chair of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) in 2024 and is a recognized industry advocate and award recipient.
