Shane Dugan

Shane directly oversees all lending and business service functions at Nutmeg State FCU. He joined the credit union movement during the financial crisis and quickly fell in love with credit unions’ philosophy of “people helping people.” His experience in a wide variety of roles at community credit unions has allowed him to develop skills to break down complex financial situations into easily digestible terms for his teams and members. Shane hold his bachelor’s degree in finance and CUNA designation as a Credit Union Business Lending Professional.
