Tom McMillen brings over two decades of financial and operational experience to Abrigo, where he serves as a consultant following the 2025 acquisition of IFS Technology Solutions. He works with financial institutions to improve operational efficiency, leverage technology, and uncover growth opportunities within equipment finance and related areas.
Before joining IFS in 1999, Tom served as Chief Information Officer at FINOVA Capital Corporation, where he oversaw operational and systems integrations during the company’s growth from $1.8 billion to over $10 billion in assets through acquisitions. He began his career as a consultant with Grant Thornton, assisting clients with accounting software implementation, operational improvement initiatives, and financial planning. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mesa State College in Colorado.
