MST Customer and Technical Support: Request for Assistance
Our technical support group is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable engineers on stand-by to assist you when you need it most. Direct access to our support staff can be obtained by email or by phone. MST sets the standard in supporting our clients.
There are two ways to submit a technical support request:
- Call our main line at 877.910.9789 and ask for Technical Support (ext. 255)

**If your issue is time sensitive or highly critical, please express this to us when submitting your request.
MST may require remote access to your LLA server. This is to quickly remediate customer issues. We also will need access to your LLA server for your annual upgrade. After completing your annual upgrade, you will receive an updated training manual. If you do not receive this, please contact technical support to request the manual.
