Technical Support Duo Assists with LLA Upgrades

Meet Edwin Sanchez and Mark Harmon, two technical support representatives who have been integral in the preparation of the Loan Loss Analyzer v. 18.1 upgrade. For months Edwin and Mark have been working together to document the LLA platform and manage the project for a smooth roll out.

Edwin Sanchez attended Mercer University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Science and Technology. During his days at Mercer, Edwin participated in cyber defense competitions. Here at MST, Edwin provides support for our software clients and assists in the building and implementations of the Loan Loss Analyzer software for institutions.

Fun Fact about Edwin: He is a jazz guitarist in a band!

 

Mark Harmon attended Piedmont College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Before joining the MST team, Mark served as a Data Analyst for North Georgia Technical College. Mark’s responsibilities at MST include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the software and assisting our Technical Support Engineers with the building of new software for institutions.

Fun Fact about Mark: He loves Disney World so much that he took his 6 month old!
