“Madelynne is the definition of intellectual growth. She was originally hired as an Implementation Associate where she quickly showed potential and was promoted to Implementation Consultant after just 4 months. After another 17 months she was promoted to Senior Implementation Consultant becoming the youngest and least tenured Implementation Consultant to make Senior IC. Now, 17 months later, she is handling enterprise implementations previously reserved for a Principal Implementation Consultant.
Madelynne earned that rapid career trajectory by learning as much as she could, about everything she could, from anyone she could. This meant MAKING time on more senior team member's calendars for reoccurring meetings to pick their brains to then meeting with other teams to make sure she understood the "why" behind the things done in implementation. She then began asking for more and harder implementations to take on and IC management kept pushing harder to find her "ceiling" as she continued to churn out happy and successful clients.”

Abrigo is passionate about "Love for Others," and that means reaching out beyond our walls. We are committed to supporting organizations that are important to our employees. When we support our communities and elevate those who need it most, we become better ourselves. We are all at our best when we do good for those around us. That's the "heart" in Heart & SOUL.
Giving
Abrigo is proud to have a charitable match program that allows employees to double their impact on causes and non-profits important to them. Not only does Abrigo have a 1:1 dollar match for contributions given, we also have a "Dollars for Doers" program where volunteer hours turn into charitable gifts for that organization.
Volunteerism
We are more than a company—we are part of a community. That means we look for ways to have a positive impact. We offer paid volunteer days so that our people can get involved in initiatives that are important to them. Every year, we set aside dedicated time for volunteering. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help guide our efforts to support the volunteer initiatives our pepole are passionate about.
