Employee Resource Groups & Champions
Abrigo Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that enrich the workplace experience with an emphasis on improving diversity.
Each ERG has an Abrigo Champions Committee member who creates DEI metrics and goals and makes sure DEI is included in all aspects of life at Abrigo. They also provide safe places for employees to address concerns directly to senior leaders.
Our diversity initiatives are essential to our company health, which is why they're ingrained in every part of our business. Practices and policies are in place throughout the employment journey, from recruitment and hiring to becoming an Abrigo Alumni. Our actions support our mission to be the team everyone wants to join and no one wants to leave.

Our goal is to attract talent from all backgrounds and walks of life. We do this by being intentional in our job descriptions; being neutral and inclusive. We ensure that every open role has a diverse candidate slate and our interviewers go through unconscious bias, value and competency training.
