Abrigo names Emily Larkin as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Information Security Officer

RALEIGH, NC, June 28, 2023 – Abrigo, a leading technology provider of software solutions for financial institutions, announced the promotion of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Emily Larkin to an expanded role, adding Chief Administrative Officer to her title and responsibilities. In her new role, Larkin will oversee human resources, risk assurance, enterprise programs, information security operations, and environmental, social, and governance issues.

Larkin has been with Abrigo since its inception in January 2019 and was previously with a heritage company, Sageworks, for five years. She oversaw the company’s transition from four separate companies (Banker’s Toolbox, FARIN, MainStreet Technologies, and Sageworks) into Abrigo.

Larkin’s leadership drives meaningful results and impact at Abrigo, where she led a re-engineering effort of Abrigo software products to reduce support costs, grow revenue, and increase customer satisfaction. Larkin has received NC Tech’s CISO of the Year award and was named to Financial Technology Report’s Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology of 2020. Carlyle, a global investment firm and an Abrigo owner, named Larkin the 2022 Haas Technology Leadership Awardee for North America.
