Alison Trapp, Senior Vice President of Professional Services, leads Abrigo’s Implementation and Advisory teams. After spending nearly 20 years in financial services, primarily on the commercial credit risk team of GE Capital, she joined Sageworks in 2017. Prior to the acquisition that formed Abrigo, she used her expertise in process improvement, credit policy and risk rating to offer clients guidance as part of the Advisory Services team. Alison transitioned in 2018 to lead and develop the Client Education function before assuming leadership of the Implementation team in 2021. In 2024, Alison’s role was expanded to include Advisory to drive consistency in both client experience and internal processes.
Alison holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Ursinus College. She currently serves on the Society Board of the North Carolina Symphony.
