Brittney Porter is a Technical Account Management Consultant at Abrigo with experience helping financial institutions optimize lending platforms, improve operational workflows, and enhance user adoption. With a background spanning SaaS technology, system administration, and client advisory services, she partners with banks and credit unions to deliver practical solutions that support efficiency and long-term success.

Prior to joining Abrigo’s Advisory Services team, Brittney held leadership and platform administration roles supporting commercial lending technology platforms, where she served as a trusted subject matter expert for front-line users. Her experience includes platform configuration, training development, technical project management, and supporting implementation and integration initiatives for financial institutions of varying size and complexity.

Brittney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Carolina State University. She is known for her collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions. Her professional background is further strengthened by her service as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard.
