Elissa Brewer is a Risk Management Consultant with Abrigo in the Advisory Services Group. She has over 18 years’ experience working in the financial institution and software industry. Prior to joining Abrigo, Elissa worked for multiple financial institutions and built their BSA/AML/CFT/OFAC, fraud, and risk management programs from the ground up. She has extensive experience writing and reviewing policies, procedures, and risk assessments. Elissa is an accomplished trainer and content developer for BSA/AML/CFT, fraud, risk, and information security topics. Her experience in prepaid cards, payments, cannabis banking, vendor management, enterprise risk management, deposit compliance, and retail banking makes her a valuable resource to our team of experts. Elissa is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a member the Greater Omaha Chapter of the National Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
