Lending & Credit Risk
Jennifer Jernigan, Manager of Client Education, leads a team that helps community banks and credit unions across the country develop consistent and transparent underwriting processes to help manage credit and risk and drive portfolio growth. She brings over 15 years of banking experience from her background in commercial lending and risk management to this role. Prior to Abrigo, Jennifer managed the loan review function at a community institution. She has reviewed hundreds of commercial loans and has worked with examiners and auditors in over a dozen examinations. Jennifer has extensive experience in CRE and CA&D lending, as well as loan documentation and financial analysis.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
