Jennifer Jernigan, Senior Director, Client Education at Abrigo, leads consultants who support customers across Abrigo’s software pillars and instructional designers who create content for Abrigo University. Recognized with a 40 Under 40 honor and a Next Tech Award, Jennifer is passionate about developing people, advancing education, and driving innovation. She brings more than 20 years of industry experience across banking and software education, including experience leading teams and developing impactful learning initiatives. Prior to joining Abrigo, Jennifer managed the loan review function at a community institution, reviewing hundreds of commercial loans and working with examiners and auditors in over a dozen examinations. Jennifer has extensive experience in CRE and C&D lending, as well as loan documentation and financial analysis.
