Jessica Beucler, CRCM is the Chief Risk Officer at Phelps County Bank, where she has dedicated over 22 years of her career. In her current role, she manages compliance, regulatory, legal, and credit risk. Additionally, she oversees PCB’s Bank Secrecy, Community Reinvestment and Fraud Prevention Programs. She holds an associate’s degree in business administrative management and has certifications in Bank Management, Lending and Compliance. Throughout her tenure at Phelps County Bank, Beucler has held various positions, which include Lead Mortgage Loan Officer, Credit Analyst, and Sr. Loan Administrator. Her skills encompass enterprise risk management, strategic planning, business law, analytics, retail operations and lending operations. Beucler is active in her community and involved in outreach programs such as Take-a-Stand Against Child Abuse, Prevention Consultants Drug Task Force & Mentoring Program. She also serves on the board for the Phelps Health Foundation.
