Mary Gruca has worked in the financial industry for more than 20 years with a focus on Education and Training. Prior to Abrigo, Mary was the Manager of Training Delivery at BBVA Compass, successfully empowering and educating internal and external customers. Prior to that, Mary was the Manager of Training and Development for Guaranty Bank. Earlier in her career, she worked with First USA Bank and Shoreline Bank in the Training and Education teams. Mary joined Abrigo in June of 2015, and is a Senior Consultant with our Client Education team.
