Vice President

Ronald Passey currently serves as Vice President, BSA Officer and Fraud Manager at State Bank of Southern Utah.  He has been in banking since 2015; beginning his career in operations, then mortgage administration and in 2019 he assumed the position of BSA Officer.  Ronnie has helped his institution cross the billion-dollar mark and has helped develop a centralized fraud department, which lead to him gaining the title of “Fraud Manager” on top of his other duties.  Ronnie finds fulfillment in his various responsibilities by helping to protect his institution, it’s customers and the US financial system.
