Tom Hershberger is the CEO of Cross Financial, a consulting firm in Lincoln, Nebraska. Tom and his team help community banks optimize their business planning, staff development, branding, and customer experience management.
Tom is the author of an industry textbook and online education series titled Marketing Financial Services. He is a faculty member for the Graduate School of Banking and the GSB Sales and Marketing School at the University of Wisconsin. Tom also spends time teaching at the Schools of Banking in Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska and is an instructor for the Independent Community Bankers of America.
