“In between serving our customers directly, Emily proactively reaches out to our internal teams to learn more about product enhancements to areas she knows our customers are most interested (Data Security, AI usage, etc). Emily recently represented Abrigo's Security Operations team by leading calls with Capital One and NFCU focused on providing evidence and fielding due diligence questions as part of recent customer-initiated audits of Abrigo's compliance with best practices and FFIEC regulations. Emily communicated our controls so well that both customers had minimal to no follow ups of significance following the audits. Emily is also a key player in support of Abrigo's sales process, answering Information Security questions related to RFPs which have 50+ questions each.
