Jessica has 14 years of experience in the banking industry including retail, lending, deposit operations, and BSA/AML compliance. She worked for small and mid-sized institutions in a variety of roles, from a Teller to Assistant Branch Manager/Retail Lender to a BSA/AML Compliance Investigator I to a VP, BSA & Deposit Compliance Officer. She has many years of experience in management roles with her most recent banking role being a VP, BSA & Deposit Compliance Officer for a smaller community bank.
In 2017, Jessica started her career at Abrigo as a Sr. Risk Management Consultant in Advisory Services and held that role for three years. In 2020, she accepted the opportunity to join the Financial Crimes Client Success Team as an Enterprise CSM. Currently, she is the Manager and is enjoying how to create the optimal client experience.
She has several years of experience with writing policies and procedures, creating and filing CTRs and SARs, 314(a), 314(b), OFAC, and BSA/AML investigations. Her software proficiencies include FCRM, Actimize, BAM+, and Patriot Officer. She has experience developing and implementing BSA programs for small to mid-sized institutions. She also has experience with BSA look-backs and quality control monitoring.
