Wants to Join and No One Wants to Leave

Primary Caregiver and Bonding Leave

Families come in all shapes and sizes. By offering primary caregiver and bonding leave, as opposed to just "maternity" and "paternity", we are able to support all growing families from the start. We offer paid leave following the birth or adoption of a child - 12 weeks for primary caregivers and 6 weeks paid bonding leave for secondary care givers.

Health and Wellness

We love our Penguins and we don’t ignore our health. Our wellness program gives our Penguins an extra boost to get the most out of life. We have on-site gyms, on-site health screenings, and a flu clinic once a year. We also give everyone a $200 reimbursement for workout apparel, equipment, or other wellness initiatives.

Employee Groups

We are proud to have a company filled with socially-minded individuals and we are thrilled when they self-organize into groups that focus on a cause. We have Women's Groups and Innovation and Inclusion Groups across our locations which help to ensure that as a company, we are doing the right things to support all of our penguins.
