Dan Gunn
Lending Product Manager and Counsel.
Dan Gunn joined the Compliance Systems’ team in March of 2016 and serves as Lending Product Manager and Counsel. In this role, Dan leads Compliance Systems’ Lending line of business. Dan’s team is responsible for, among other things, ensuring that the content of Compliance Systems’ lending products: (a) create enforceable legal instruments; and (b) comply with federal and state laws and regulations, other governing authority requirements, and industry best practices.
Prior to joining Compliance Systems, Dan practiced law for approximately twelve years in Michigan representing financial institutions of varying size in regard to commercial lending transactions and commercial litigation.
