Rob has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rob spent 15 years at Wells Fargo & Co in various strategic and leadership roles. These roles included time in Finance, Servicing, Fair Lending, Pricing Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Delivery Innovation. For the past 5 years, Rob has worked closely with financial institution leaders and regulatory agencies to develop a credit administration suite of tools specifically designed for community banks and credit unions. Rob is a faculty member of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. Rob also teaches for both the Financial Managers Society and LexisNexis Sheshunoff eLearning on topics ranging from loan grading, ALLL calculations, and stress testing.
Derrick Jackson, CCIMDerrick Jackson, CCIM, is the Executive Vice President of Credit Administration at First Savings Bank. Derrick has spent over 20 years in the banking and finance community, holding position across multiple disciplines. Derrick earned his stripes in Credit while serving as the Chief Credit Officer of Commonwealth Bank and Trust Company, a privately held Louisville, KY based community bank. As the CCO, his principal responsibilities included directing the activities of the credit administration division’s loan approval process and credit delivery systems, compliance with and maintenance of credit policies and procedures, risk rating systems integrity, management of portfolio wide asset quality, risk remediation, troubled asset resolution, and other risk management efforts.
Garver Moore brings a decade of enterprise software, analytic, and advisory experience to Abrigo’s advisory team. Prior to joining Abrigo, Garver was a Technical Consultant with Accenture, and he later worked with C-suite executives on technology strategy and delivery as a Managing Partner of the Orange Advisory Group. Today, as the Managing Director of the Advisory Services Group, Garver collaborates with internal product specialists on our market offerings and helps clients develop strategies to better navigate federal regulations and optimize their institutions for growth. Garver earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Duke University.
