This year's conference resort has a beautiful pool area along with water park, championship golf, and spa. Plus, it is located near theme parks. Shuttle service to nearby Walt Disney World and Disney Springs is included in the resort fee.

Treat your palate in the 10 dining outlets of the hotel, including world-class Italian cuisine and Mikado Japanese Steakhouse. 

This year we will 'officially' end conference with our big dinner event on Wednesday night to allow you to build in an extra day on Thursday, May 22 to take advantage of theme parks or explore central Florida.

Availability

This special rate is available Thursday, May 15 through check out on Saturday, May 24, 2025, based on availability. 

Room Rates 

  • $255/night single/double occupancy for 'run of house' room
    • Each additional guest in room over 2 is $20 per person / per night. Children under 12 are free when staying in room with parents.
  • Plus $37 per night resort fee which includes:
    • Enhanced internet in guest room for up to 6 devices
    • Daily scheduled shuttle to Disney Parks for up to 4 guests
    • Nightly scheduled shuttle to Disney Springs for up to 4 guests
    • Bag of golf balls and use of rental clubs at the driving range daily
    • 15% off standard retail rates for golf green fees
    • If you wish to take advantage of the water park during your stay, opt into the $47 resort fee (instead of $37) at check-in.

Hotel occupancy tax rate is currently 12.5%

Hotel Room Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the Orlando World Center Marriott directly. Hotel cancellation must be at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.

Guaranteed Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card when booking your room through the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit equal to one night's stay with notification at the time of booking. Any reservation cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival or 'no shows' will forfeit the one night's deposit. 

Early Departure Fee

The hotel may charge attendees one night room and taxes for an unscheduled early departure. An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if you check out of the hotel prior to your scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel at check-in or modified your reservation before check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

Transportation to and from the Orlando World Center Marriott

Airports

The hotel located in Orlando and is easily accessible from the Orlando Airport (MCO) only 17 miles or 22 minutes away.

Hotel Transport

Uber or taxi is the best transport to the hotel. Uber estimate is $35-$40. 

Parking

We have negotiated 50% off overnight self parking for hotel guests. (The current rate is $32 so it would be $16/night + taxes.)

Things to Do Near the Resort

  • Bring the family and enjoy the hotel's water wonderland, which includes 7 thrilling water slides, a 575-foot lazy river, poolside cabanas and more!

  • Championship golf at Hawks Landing Golf Course at the resort

  • Explore the Space Coast and the Kennedy Space Center. (It's only a 1-hour drive.)

  • Visit the Orlando theme parks! (A discounted ticket link will be coming when the 2025 tickets are available.)

  • Check out the Visit Orlando website for even more ideas! (Remember we end on Wednesday night this year to give you Thursday to enjoy Orlando.)

Other Resort Details

Remember if you and your family want to take advantage of the 200-acre River Falls Water Park, you'll need to opt into the full resort fee of $47/night vs our modified fee of $37/night at check-in. The Fall Pool Oasis is included in both.
